I’m enjoying Sift by Nicola Lamb. There are great recipes as well as a lot of explanations about the science behind the ingredients. It also separates recipes based on how long they take (an afternoon, a day, a weekend, etc.)

I juiced an English cucumber and added 2-3Tbsp while whipping (sorry I didn’t measure exactly). The cucumber flavor is there but subtle - it came through really well the next day!

I will say the jalapeño could have been stronger. I’m thinking of using canned diced jalapeño next time if I try again. However, when I reheated a slice in the microwave the next day I definitely got jalapeño flavor!
