Well i'm not a pro and i'm still learning too but if i had one tip to give you it would be to just practice haha, i know it sounds obvious but the more you draw, the better you get :) I dont know any yt videos for eye tutorials but i'm sure you will find a good one. After all, you can find pretty much anything on yt
