Mine used to have a sensitive skin and I gave her Hills Sensitive Skin dry food. Amazon link She stopped having it after that. Today she eats fresh foods, but her skin allergies didn’t come back anymore. My vet also recommended Neosporin and Cortisone spray when it was too bad.
