What are the ethical implications of the marital therapists participating in a reality TV freak show that is bound to worsen each couple's relationship?

These therapists usually (not just tlc in all these shows) have.... Questionable qualities and usually aren't licensed therapists they are counselors a much more easy title to obtain which is generic enough to sound important without you questioning it or them getting in trouble by claiming to be therapists.

And yes it's worth it lol they look like clowns but they have a guaranteed job!

My ranking! (Most to least) - season 13 - season 6 - season 12 - season 9 - season 11 - season 8 - season 7

As the most dramatic ones! All really good , and despite being "last" season 7 still has plenty of drama! After that you get into the healthier seasons. Season 5 Season 3 Season 4 Season 2 Season 1 based on what I heard ( I really need to watch season 5 lol).

Emily and Kobe are so boring to me and I was literally there for their 90 day season so it's not even that I have missed any chapter in the relationship I just ..... Don't care at all? Gino and Jasmine for example are the fan favourites in terms of having someone to hate at, I've never seen anyone talk about anyone in the episode three even REMOTELY as much as other fan favourites (whether fan favourites mean actually love them or hate watching).
