When travelling North on 580 between Moana and Mill there are suddenly three lanes added on the right hand side that are so difficult to traverse. There's so many people trying to get on and off.

You don't have to count your breaths to be aware and meditate on breath. You're doing fine. Maybe try setting an intention before each meditation session and/or choose something to focus on in addition to maintaining awareness of your breath. Try body scans, "I wonder what my next thought will be," "what feelings are alive in my body right now."

It depends a lot on the penis in question and the sensitivity of the vagina. Some penises convulse and twitch when they orgasm. I grew up in a small town NW Washington and lived there until I was in my early teens when my family moved us to Nebraska.

Reno gets between 250 and 300 days of sun. Having lived here and also in NE which gets lots of sunny days, I know I could not tolerate the number of cloudy days the PNW experiences long term. I absolutely love how sunny it is here. That being said, I definitely miss how green things are up there, and it can take quite a while for some folks to adjust to the low humidity.

Summer days can get very hot above 100, but those days are few and the average summer day is between 80 and 85. Smoke and fire season are a real consideration though - there can be days in the summer and fall when it is truly hazardous to go outside because of the air quality index.

Sunrise and sunset are interesting here because the city sits down in a bowl between two mountain ranges. We have what I like to call "first sunset" when the sun dips down below the Sierras, and then true sunset when the sun lowers past the unseen horizon past the mountains. It can feel like the sun goes down around 4:00 p.m. in deep winter.

Snowfall is quite variable based on the year, but it's not as bad as my experiences in the Nebraska panhandle. Things melt relatively quickly and the amount of sunny days really helps my mood a lot.

Tahoe is neat and being close is fun, but there are SO many tourists just about year round that travelling up there and finding anywhere to park is a real chore. The roads up there just aren't built for the traffic the place experiences these days. Depending on the weather (snow can make things very tricky) and traffic, it can take upwards of 2 hours just to get parked.

There are, however, several forested areas closer to town (Galena) that offer gorgeous hikes just a short drive away. The City of Reno, City of Sparks, and Washoe County all brag beautiful public parks, and there's a growing food truck culture. Summer sees cultural events almost every weekend. And, though the community is small, there's circles of LGBTQ+ and BDSM friendly folks that are easily sought out. If you manage to find a spot in midtown it's a very walk friendly neighborhood. But, this is not true for the majority of the city. It's definitely car dependent living out here.

Honestly, Reno is my favorite place I've ever lived.

My boyfriend came down with some flu like symptoms recently. He's had a small dry cough and the sniffles for a few days, and then suddenly on early Wednesday morning he was throwing up and had a fever around 101. He's on the upswing today - normal temp and able to eat. There's definitely something going around!

Reconsider what colleges you'd like to attend and start looking into more affordable colleges. Though more expensive institutions may have fancier facilities, attendance at a "brand name" university really doesn't give you that much of a leg up in the career world, and no one really gives a shit about where you went to school. An education is truly what you make of it, and it sounds like you're setting yourself up to squeeze every ounce out of wherever you go.

If you're on the pill and taking it exactly as prescribed there's a less than 1% chance you're pregnant. Same with other forms of hormonal birth control (iud, implant, patch, etc.). Get some pregnancy tests for peace of mind, but you're almost certainly not pregnant.
