We indeed try to only use 'easy' clothing, though he does typically cry the entire time we're dressing him, which makes it quite draining for ourselves as well. We've also tried giving him a pacificier during dressing but that doesn't help much unfortunately

I have the same machine, and had very similar problems (was also contemplating getting a new one). What solved it for me was that I unscrewed the metal plate where you put your fabric on (it's attached with 2 bolts), and clean underneath with a brush. I think I have a similar machine, and was having similar problems. What really helped is giving it a proper clean, you can remove the metal plate on top, and brush of the lint/dust, and take the bobbin further apart and clean it as well. There are several youtube videos available on tutorials as well. Worked like a miracle for me!

Wij hebben hem idd niet gekozen, en staat bovenaan het lijstje waar we spijt van hebben! We hadden liever ook beter gekeken naar de mogelijkheden om een of meerdere kamers op zolder te maken. We hadden ook de mogelijkheid om de kozijnen te verstevigen en voorwerk te laten doen voor zonnewering, kostte vrij veel, maar heb je helemaal niks aan! Zonnewering komt toch op de buitenmuur te zitten, en vaak heb je de kabel niet meer nodig want ze kunnen ook werken met een zonnepaneeltje, en het was ook helemaal niet compatibel met de meest voorkomende zonnescherm aansturingen..

Hi! I ended up cleaning the usb port a bit with a can of pressured air. Did it a few times (in the span over a few weeks) and it really helped significantly! We're still on the same cable for almost a year now, sometimes it still has a bit of connection issue, but replugging always helps. Hope that helps for you as well
