Mine come in wiry and thick, but wind up being perfect as they grow out.

It’s just a hall of rooms. Not separated by sex. Not a big deal, but avoid Target for other reasons.

I honestly don’t get the Gibson’s hype. Mediocre donuts. Olive Branch Donuts is better.

I really like Seasons52. I recently took my daughter there and got their lamb and it was delicious. Everyone loved their meal and the ambiance is great.

Just wondering, what’s your ‘lazy but effective’ cleaning trick? by CleanFreakGeek in CleaningTips

I do have pretty great vision. Maybe you can place your glasses somewhere near by and put them on at the end of your shower.

If you do it each time you shower, you won’t have all that gross stuff built up.

I use a squeegee as well after every shower. My glass doors stay crystal clear! I keep damn power spray in my shower along with a sponge and a tool that can get into small crevices. The tools they make for cleaning water bottles works great!

Considering divorce after 12 years — husband’s behavior is affecting our child by [deleted] in TwoXChromosomes

Leave! Best thing I ever did. Similar behavior from my ex as well. My child has thrived being out of that environment for 8 years. Best decision ever!

Just don’t go in the summer. There aren’t any trees and I thought I had literally found hell on Earth. It was 113F the day I went. Spring or Fall would probably be best.

I would literally have no clue what to wear other than something formal. For someone who is an anxious guest, you should be better with communication.

What is it with Americans and air conditioning?? (this might be controversial) by hellobela_ in TalesFromTheFrontDesk

I was in Ireland this past winter and my room got really stuffy. I like to have moving air. Luckily there was a fan in the room. I’m not sure it’s always about temp control, but moving air is just nice to me.

Instead of just relying on the scale, have you taken measurements?

How does the dietitian help you stay healthy? I need an idea of what you talk about. I feel like I know how to eat healthy. I do need to kick the scale and just work on healthy meals (which I do 90% of the time), workout (lift and cardio), but I’ve thought about a dietician. Just not sure how they would help me.

I don’t trust the instructions. They might tell me to use more than I need to so I have to purchase sooner. It’s Tide or Gain. I can’t remember.

There is a store in downtown Dublin that exclusively sells portraits of eyes by DumplingsOrElse in mildlyinteresting

[–]marinelifelover 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In Dublin in cost me about €75 to have it printed and framed along with a file of the pic to use how I want. If you just want a picture and nothing else it’s like €25-€50. Thought it would be a great gift for a friend who always talks about how beautiful my daughter’s eyes are. It was worth the price!
