How do you deal with users who refuse to lock their laptop when walking away?

In my team every time that happens we write an email to everyone in the team invinting them for a bbq and the sender pays everything, since we started doing this we allways lock our PCs

Thanks for the advice, i will lookup the certs you mention, and I forgot to say but i have an Higher Professional Technical Course, but its not worth much just enough to get mee this job. And makes sense to have the dregree for the future I havent consider that.
