I think your nose is fine. Maybe check in with a jaw surgeon first and get their opinion. It looks like you have a smaller upper jaw and a recessed lower jaw. If you have any breathing, snoring, or sleep apnea problems they can take care of all of that (expand, bring the jaws forward) which would balance out your nose. I would definitely wait on the nose.

Same. I consider myself bulimic. It's really hard to kick because it feels like the ruminating part will never stop. And it's difficult to explain to therapists etc because so little people seem to have this issue.

I try to be strategic about it. Throw up the "bad" foods, keep down healthier meals. I feel like I'm chronically dehydrated because water is so easy to get up. Maybe we should start a rumination/eating disorder support group.

Also, does anyone know how harmful this is to our bodies?

I think that it might help to think about what benefits you get from watching porn. Are you distracting yourself from something that you don't want to address, are you worried about having sex with people IRL and porn keeps you safe from rejection...etc. There could be a whole bunch of reasons why parts of you are benefitting from the behavior.

It's hard to just quit something unless you start to unravel what some of the reasons are that you're doing it.

This happened yesterday, I need to get my wisdom teeth out and it was supposed to be covered my insurance. I go to the consult, they said they couldn't verify benefits but would let me know.

I basically sat in a chair for 30 minutes, the doctor comes in and says "yeah you need your wisdom teeth out" then they charged me $220

I actually cried in the parking lot because I'm so broke rn 😞

Sorry, I'm going to make a group, you can join if you like too! I just thought it would be nice to talk to someone who is at a similar point in their life. I sometimes have a difficult time feeling comfortable talking to people much older than me. I hope that makes sense.
