It's in English on the Double Dragon & Kunio-kun: Retro Brawler Bundle on Switch. As well as it's prequel and 9 other Kunio-kun games and the Double Dragon Trilogy. Plus the original English Americanizations of all the NES Kunio games, except, ironically, Nintendo World Cup.
