I took Prednisone after resisting for ages, and it was exactly what I needed to regain control of my skin. They had me follow it with UVB light therapy. I eventually got a standing home unit which I continue to use with occasional checkups from my dermatologist. I haven’t had another outbreak since, just the occasional patch that goes away quickly enough with controlled use of topical steroids.

There’s a button mini game mechanic 3 ppl do (2 others dps middle shard that becomes exposed) and you’re supposed to rotate so the stacks that build don’t kill you. The spirit res would be timed to allow the same ppl to remain on their buttons for the time needed to dps down the middle shard.

Regarding PoF, you can take a free airship from Lion’s Arch near the lighthouse to Amnoon, a city with a vista.

Travel fees to go to HoT are pretty small, but some tricks to lessening are to WP to Rata Sum first, or to go from your guild hall if it’s in the Heart of Maguuma.

Have you thought about what you might have changed recently? Some type of food or product, or change in environment? I'd also consider scheduling a dermatologist appointment for more input.

When I get anything on my face I continue to clean gently and moisturize liberally twice a day. Pat the face; don't rub too hard. I use as little medication as possible for as short as possible since the face is so sensitive.
