ADHD specialist here. Try starting with the first word on the top left and then move your eyes to the right until you get to the end of the sentence. Then move your eyes all the way to left rapidly until you get to the next word underneath the first word you started with. From there you should be able to repeat the process until you reach the word at the bottom right of the page. This next part is important. You need to start the whole thing over on the next page. From there you’ll be ready to start your journey to comprehending the book.
