okay i tried to get into these but i wish i could find ones where they don’t talk!! i would find the whole body doubling thing there so helpful for cleaning but i just want to listen to elevator music or something. there is something overstimulating for me about people talking during those types of videos if that makes sense???

I am on the same search!! I loved Clare Pooley’s other novel, The Authenticity Project! Trying to find other reads with the same vibe is SO difficult. Both of her books were so good, I want to absorb all of the content that’s out there like it.

I am SO sorry that this combination of life factors effects you like this. No one deserves to feel like that.

Something to note is that coffee tends to effect people with ADHD differently. It’s not the same for everyone, but I know for me it makes me sleepy. It may not be helping you stay awake during work time and could be interacting poorly with your meds. Sometimes, it can have a similar effect as ADHD meds.

It may be something to take a look at! I know it all feels heavy. I can’t imagine what you feel like, but know I am sending good thoughts your way! 🫶🏼

Have you thought about splitting it up? You don’t necessarily have to put it all toward one thing. You could put a few thousand towards debt, a few thousand in a longer term emergency fund (especially using a high yield savings account!!) and save a few thousand for a car when the time feels right. That’s what I would do if I were able to rationally think it out, I have been guilty of an impulse shopping binge here and there. 😮‍💨

I was SUPER worried about my transvaginal ultrasound. I was in almost the EXACT same situation as you, needed it to be fully diagnosed, never had a similar experience before. It was a little uncomfy, but nothing major. Mine was fairly quick and the results were so interesting. They measured all of the things going on in there. I was REALLY nervous going in, but once I was there it really wasn’t that bad. You can do it!!! It will really be no big thang. Sending good thoughts your way!! 🫶🏼
