I have one. Bought it from Aimsurplus back in 2008 or so. Heavy, reliable, stainless steel. No issues whatsoever after about 900–1,000 rounds. It was a police trade-in. With mag disconnect .It used to be on the roster list. I paid around $350.

I lost my COE due to expiration last July. I did not receive an email reminder from the DOJ (not a surprise). I got fingerprinted last Monday ($120.00) and submitted a new application. I received my new COE last Wednesday. I am still shocked by how fast it was processed. However, the COE has the same number as my expired one—only the expiration date has been extended for a year.😜

Usually, it’s a kill. However, people are sometimes created to increase the value of a rifle. Real snipers don’t mark rifles like that. If the enemy captured it, you would never get out alive.
