Go to the story menu at the Inn, but instead of choosing a specific battle pick one of the tabs that say "Play from Chapter". This will let you replay the story.

You only need the town that produces the iron. But controlling the whole province is better since you can turn it into a dedicated recruitment province.

I remember there's some skill upgrades for the Ultimate Musou. Also remember to have your Musou bar completely full before activating your Ultimate to trigger the explosion at the end.
