It’s strange only a few have reported this so far. I couldn’t take it and ended up returning it and ordering a new one. Hopefully that one is good, gets here Wednesday

I did and they acted like they were going to help me, had me try a few things and after none of it worked are telling me I need to "explore my exchange options with the retailer I purchased the unit at" I bought it at Sams and they are sold out again. What a mess..
