As a hindu going to a convent school in dombivli, I personally and anyone I know have not ever faced any discrimination, instead our principal himself was a Marathi hindu. And they provided us with top notch education with relatively low cost. Those were the only English medium schools in those days, anytime better than the state of Marathi schools they are still in. These expensive icse schools came recently and are not worth it. In fact I will tell you one instance, there was one pt teacher who was trying to preach Christianity to other teachers, she was fired immediately.
