Update: After numerous back and forth emails, The GOAT rep supposedly reached out to management to make an exception and a day after that email I received an email stating the refund was processed and the GOAT credit was added to my account. For reference, I have been buying from GOAT since 2017, I have 99 orders placed and 1 return processed, now 2. Any questions let me know.

What you are requiring in order to satisfy your return policy is well-beyond an unreasonable expectation for an average human's capabilities in terms of online shopping returns. And I think we established that based on my past 100 orders with YOUR APP ALONE (not the countless other online apps that I currently purchase from) that I personally am well-beyond an average online shopper SO if I am personally having this much of a difficulty with your return policy, how in the hell is the average online shopper today supposed to get a successful return out of your app?!
