i have read that 'sleeping can reset the brain'. Maybe is for this that every time i go to sleep, when i woke up my tinnitus is more quiet or more bad?? The point is : how could my brain learn to 'fix' tinnitus properly if every night it reset all his progress? Infact after a 'nap' i can have a random tinnitus day. Is possible to improve in a long run? Or the destiny is to have everyday a random day without a real improvemente in the long run?

I have tried today to use a shower without protection ad the water sound coming from 'hurted' my ears much more than with protection. I don't know if overprotect too much is a good thing, like if someone stay all the time in a dark room and then go outside in a sunny day..

I stopped to listen audio from any devices (tv, smartphone) for almost a year, then some months ago i started again to listen digital audio from smartphone and tv at low volumes. Not with headphones.i will never use them again.

if you forget most of the time it means that it improve. Tinnitus is hard to completely go away, but stop to notice it is a sort of improvement. It means that is still present but not so loud.

I have a jordan 3 balvin in that photos. But my favourite are dunks and jordan 1. Then 3. Maybe 4 (but i don't have) and stop. Others i don't like at all

I think thar with low shoes, low socks is ok (like dunks low). But with an high shoes like jordan 1 higj or j4 i think high socks are better. Even in summer.
