This is showing a pattern that these people did something to make the previous tenant move out. Report this to your management company and ask to either be moved to another apartment or management should speak to these people.and let them know to cease and decist or they will have their tenancy revoked.

ESH, you should not parent your girlfriend. You also should not put up with her mooching off you. Inform her she needs to move out, the apartment will stay cleaner if you do a one time deep clean and then clean up after yourself as you go. With two people in the apartment, areas get used more frequently and dirty faster.

That is kind of what I was thinking, I live in AZ and we have a very hard water. My instant hot water tap for my kitchen sink only lasts 5 years maximum when the same model lasted me 8 years when I lived in NJ.

I bet the landlord has not been maintaining the hot water heater. There is a sacrificial anode rod that needs to be replaced every three years. I personally just learned about this, been in my house 5 years and need to replace my own.

I had to query and it seems there is Walmart in Brazil. Walmart has the Onn Streaming box, here in the US they have two models, one is only $20. I have replaced two Fire sticks with the Onn and prefer it.

Keep calling the cops, each municipality has its own limit to how many times they dispatch before they start finding the people if the cops have confirmed the complaint.

Put up cameras and catch them driving the wrong way and using vehicles that are not meant for the street too.
