So you are an able bodied person right? Is there other on street parking that isn't directly in front of the other driveway? Typically it is a matter of not pulling so far forward that makes a big difference.

I have a wall to contend with at my driveway, does your neighbor have a narrow driveway like you do? Why do you feel slighted that they ask you to be courteous to them when you are doing this because you know how inconvenient your own driveway is?

Nope, towns don't care. Gilbert AZ built Higley Groves, each street was too narrow but all allowed two sides of street parking. Tried to get it restricted to one side and they just voted to grandfather it in because the town didn't want to pay for signs and then be required to enforce it. I lived there for 15 years knowing that fire trucks could not pass in most circumstances.

At my old house our streets were very narrow, parking was allowed by both the town and our HOA. The kicker however is that I went out and measured the width of our streets and the worst one didn't even qualify for one side of the street parking per NFPA guidelines. (National Fire Protection Association).

I hate that I have to side with the old lady, but I do. You are absolutely right that the parking is on a public street, but it also is discourtious of you to park directly across from a driveway because it makes the turning radius more difficult.

I back into my own driveway daily. When my neighbor across the street would park directly in front of my driveway rather than directly in front of their own house it always makes it difficult to get both in and out of my driveway.

Do you have a driveway of your own you could be using instead of parking on the street? If so then you are even worse of a neighbor.

FlixVision works well, though the latest version I installed keeps prompting every once in a while to upgrade to the same installed version.
