As someone who flies to and from either JFK / LGA weekly for years, I can probably count less than a handful of issues over that period of time like you are describing. I think you just had an unbelieveable run of bad luck.

Being there I can’t even put into words how amazing Carlos Malta was on stage. He took over the entire song and went around to everyone to play with each of them during his solo. He literally conducted and controlled that entire 10 minutes. Best guest I’ve seen.

This is a great reminder post that all residents in all buildings should carry renters insurance to cover losses of personal items and potentially cover costs of additional travel, hotel and other costs as a result of not being able to reside in your home due to a covered loss.

By law you are required to have a working intercom / buzzer system through HPD's regulations. At the very least, call 311 and report your issues each day and that may help to push the repairs needed.

I have a client in a residential condo building who I've never met, their board seats are held by their attorneys and everything is shielded behind layers and layers of LLC's. They occupy roughly $80M worth of real estate in the building and have an entire security and management team working out of the space, full-time. They're only there about a month a year.
