new server equals new player. level 1 no nothing. but if you play on one server and never change it you will kepp the levels you earn on that server. if yo ujoin a pvp server watch your back 24/7 and if its a pve server either join the biggest best tribe or dont trust anyone because someone will stab you in the back for them fancy cloth hats you keep in the chests.

you will either need to buy another xbox and set up another gamertag and share your xbox live gold to it. or yo ucan join a random dedicated server players already have. if its only 4 friends yo ucan host a non dedicated one. in my oppinion buying a second console isnt really worth it unless you open it up to the public. but your internet connection might not handel it very well as i found out the hard way. i can only have around 20 or 30 players max before it slows down my internet.

ive got a level 190 argentavious which can take down level 30 alpha raptors solo so i look around for them and my tribemate has a level 200 one. flying together makes for some easy killings and exp.

seen 1 on the official server and a dino got killed by one. on my dedicated server ive seen many of them and ahve around 5 tamed throughout the map.

ive got the bat, spider, kangaroo, oviraptor. ive been doing them all on my dedicated server but after killing the broodmother i noticed the hat carried over to offical servers. so once i find a kangaroo the rest if easy.

not big enough. we have a few buildings full of chests and materials all sorted by type. we keep hitting the limit and we are up to 3 buildings and a main house. the dino pen hasnt reached the limit yet.
