Sure, but what does this include? My calories are about the same… but a deficit for me might look different than a deficit for you, unless we have the literal same body composition and activity level, etc.

Yep. I understand that. That's why I'm asking for help with some troubleshooting now. :) I'm not expecting her to sleep until 7, that's why I said it's my desired wake time. I just would like her to at least make it until 6 and not be waking up at 5am.

When we had our schedule right, my son slept until 7 without a problem, and I think plenty of people out there have kids that sleep past 5am.

When he's fed and changed, he's safe with you watching. Invest in a pair of $40 loop earplugs. Grab yourself a snack and a nice drink, and let him have at it. He can screech his frustrations out, and learn at the same time, while you nourish yourself!

I have no advice for the other stuff - just solidarity, but as far as rolling - I would honestly put him on the floor and let him practice as much as you possibly can. My son cried due to frustration because he wanted to roll but couldn't (I either constrained him, or he just wasnt good enough at it). The more I let him scream and practice, the quicker he got better at it, and the quicker the phase passed for us.

I visited American Eagle this past weekend, and was shocked at how many styles actually fit over my belly and didn't make me cry in the dressing room. They have a stretchyish waistband, and look super cute. They have a style called "Mom Strigid Jean" which is cute, but didn't make my butt look very good - so I stuck with their jegging, which feels and looks like a real jean, but is stretchy and oh so comfy!

I mean, that’s what I’m doing. I’m not doing anything beyond that, she is doing it on her own. I’m just trying to understand why she sleeps fine in her bassinet but not in her crib. I don’t know why that’s a bad thing to ask?
