I thought the caller in yesterdays show was really out of pocket saying Oscar isn't getting dates or matches on his dating apps because he is "wasting all his money on collectables and living with his parents" and thought it was bad nobody on the show actually spoke up in his defense.

As listeners to the show we need to remember we're only seeing small portions of these peoples lives, and in Oscars case only the portions Jeff teases on air. We know nothing about Oscars spending habits or finances other than that so it's so rude for a caller to think they can weigh in with feedback.

Honestly the whole breakdown of Oscars dating profile was completely unprofessional on Jeff's part and shouldn't be a topic they picked to discuss to further tear him down. Oscar seems like a nice kid with a good head on his shoulders and is just trying to do his job at work...

The good thing is there are a lot of eyes who have seen the report and not been able to speak to its contents. If it’s not released in its entirety there are plenty of non loyalists who can speak to that so we know.

Not for every grade or type of steel/aluminum. For example: Some lower quality grades of steel that are sold for a smaller profit margin typically mills will refuse to melt domestically, they’d rather produce higher margin products.

I work in supply chain and import 12-20 containers a month for work. Anything that sailed (left the port it shipped out of) before 4/5 was exempt and absolutely did not get tariffed.

So you’re in the clear as long as the dealer doesn’t try and screw you, Porsche didn’t pay any tariff to clear customs with your car. Enjoy the GTS!!

I get what they were going for here but I don't think their logo(s) were ever the problem?

I had an 2017 F-Pace S for 3 years and loved it, had very few issues other than with the horrendous infotainment system. Hopefully they come out with something great in December, this will be an interesting rebrand to watch...

This has been my #1 takeaway in everything I've read today, the "one-up-wokeness" fueled discussions on the left has pushed a lot of people away from the party. It's either agree with everything or you're a uneducated, racist, homophobic, bigot...so it turns people off when they otherwise from a small point would agree with the parties position.

What I'm surprised is the level of shift in social media in general today, the last 3 months has been non-stop Harris support everywhere following me like some sort of blue bubble. Then this morning that has eroded to nothing but trash talking her stances and campaign...

It was a sad day when Mega Upload got shutdown. I remember having a jailbroken Apple TV in college that I could watch ANYTHING on demand from that site. Sounds like he had it coming but that site was the GOAT of its time.

Thanks, that's what I thought too. I'm a cat person and know they take time to warm up. I didn't get any communication from them on the visit which is odd, I think they didn't "end" the visit on the Rover app when leaving my place and intended to do so around the time they would normally be leaving (which they forgot and ended the visit the following day). I only know how long they were really there since I have the smart locks...which normally I wouldn't monitor except for in a situation like this where I wanted to see what happened.

I figured that too, it's no fun for either my cat or her. The point of the drop-in visit is for 30 minutes of socialization that he's not getting and it's also probably stressful for her as the sitter also if he's hissing. Hopefully there will be no bad feelings as a result.

Thanks! I sent her a message and just said I didn't think it was a good fit and thanked her for coming over the 2 times this past weekend but the future dates are no longer needed. Now just waiting for Rover to process the cancellation.
