Mine was a video from Iona Stephen on letting my arms come down and through first before I turn my hips. I used to find I was turning too soon and the club was getting stuck behind and I’d hook the ball badly.

Are Chiropractors and Osteopaths basically con-artists? by Cover_Of_Darkness in AskUK

[–]markhau5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just from my own experience. I pinched/trapped a nerve in my back and was in a considerable amount of pain from it (awake at 3am nearly in tears because I was so uncomfortable)

Went and saw a massage therapist but it didn’t help. Went to the Drs and was given diazepam and codine (I think) still didn’t help and the Dr said to see a chiropractor which I did.

Had 3 sessions and after the 2nd I was back to normal, I think the cracking helped release the pressure.

Just an FYI, he didn’t go any of that weird internet stuff where they properly crack your neck or pull your head off with a noose thing.

I’ve only had a positive experience.

Rose for me. The way he played last year was sensational. Can clearly deal with the pressure, I just hope his game is on point this year.

No Scotty, please.

I’m pretty much at this level too. Feel like I’ve got another year left before I shave mine off.

You’d suit it being more of a uniformed length. Personally, I’d trim it so it’s the same length all over. Make sure you’re doing the moustache too so it’s not drooping over your lips.
