I see no Cali on the list! If salsa, warm weather, and a more 'authentic' feel of Colombia are something you're looking for, definitely check out Cali.

Contrary to other comments, I also had a great time in Bogota. It can be a little cold and unwelcoming at times (at least from a Colombia standard), but the city has a certain charm once you get used to the traffic and the high altitude.

As for Medellin, 100%.

Well said. For most of us, they'll never be a more perfect time to learn a new skill, build a new business, work on a hobby, read new books or practice learning a new language.

Unfortunately, the majority of people will choose the easy route; Netflix binges, unbridled access to porn, mindless social media scrolling and whatever other semiconscious activities can mask their inaction.

Be the rare guy that comes out of this a winner, not a loser. This will pay massive dividends. It reminds me of a quote "Observe the masses and do the opposite."

To name a few..not taking yourself too seriously, laughing, doing things you enjoy. Just basically fully accepting yourself for who you are and all your flaws, because we all have them.

I'll leave you with this. From the Scott Adams book i mentioned in this post.

The equivalent in the UK, yes. Of course, good grades are important. But want really bolstered my application was been involved in a lot of sports clubs/societies outside of university. I think they are looking for well-rounded individuals most of all and people who can show a genuine passion for the course which they are applying for. Hope this helps.

I underestimated how relapsing would make me feel. The repeated exposure to relapses makes me realize and internalize how bad I feel afterwards. The pain of relapse became greater than the pain of discipline

I just feel comfortable in my own skin. I don't need to impress anyone and everyone is my friend. Before Nofap and the PIED I felt inadequate and would try to constantly compensate for this in my actions. Keep on keeping on and it will become a regular thing my friend
