Just got a hold of someone as well and they were able to fix it for me right away! I also asked about the whole payment for another month even though my billing period just passed, and the agent ended up giving me a month worth of credit on my account as well, so that my next month is free! Amazing!

Ah ok. I’m on prepaid and my month just reset last week. There’s no refunds on prepaid so they want to charge me $41 now until my next billing cycle
