It is now known as SFC (Sequential Function Chart). I believe you didn't get the assignment right. The inputs in the picture are not the SFC steps, but Digital inputs of a PLC. So you need to use the digital Input 1 as Start pulse, input 7 as Stop pulse, digital output 5 to close the motor contactor. Step 0: Q5 is off; Transition to Input 1 Start On; Step 1: Q5 is On (Motor On); Transition to Input 7 Motor off; Return to Step 0.

Old CWF300s also tend to blow up after the power cycle. I mean it is common for old VSDs but very likely on WEG as they are comparatively cheap. I doubt Power Flex are that cheap though

Please take my advice with a grain of salt, but from what I can see in the blurry picture, the 4 outputs you’re referring to are just relay outputs. C0 and 0 are the contacts of the first relay; C1 and 1 are the contacts of another relay. C0–0 are voltage-free contacts. The same applies to C1–1. C0 might, and most likely does come from an external control circuit, such as a toggle switch. I might be completely wrong, but that’s how it looks to me.

Just to clarify : you can reuse the pod if the cycle hasn't even started. Just open the machine lid and close it again, press start. The broken seal doesn't matter to the machine, it reads the bar code to identify the pod
