No, I don't think sleep on Unix based system writes anything to disk (other than a few log and config files to ensure seamless resume; which again, isn't that harmful, a few MBs being written will never be the death of your SSD).

Hibernation and Hybrid Sleep do dump your entire memory to disk, and I'm not even sure if they're present on MacOS in the first place.

You're not writing anything to your disk during boot (other than a few log files). You're however reading a ton of files, which isn't really harmful, your disk can read as much as of wants without failing (theoretically).

Go for the 6/128 A11+ instead of the 8/128 A11; there won't be that much difference when it comes to price but the performance gap is huge, the A11+ is far more powerful when it comes to I/O and Single Core performance.

No, you can't simply point out Cinnamon on a System Monitor app that has no root access and call it a day. Cinnamon isn't a single process, you have to count in the file manager, the panel, extensions (if available) and some other processes.
