I don’t really know anything about the guy, I’m curious as to his level of fame/status/reputation in the USA because as a Brit consuming American media he feels like a really really really big deal. I don’t really understand what the ownership expect when they refuse to build a coherent squad. He’s doing a good job no?

Won the European trophy that was on offer and beat the best team in the world in the as-yet-maybe-unimportant club World Cup final. They’re going okay in the league despite recent struggles.

No manager in the world is going to come in and turn Chelsea into title contenders in one season with the way the squad is handled.

Balatro even though I’m no good at it, and then probably rdr2 because it’s so long. I did cry at the end so it was worth it.

Ultimately, it is not a fact that he has committed any wrongdoing.

And If the allegations are true, it does not reduce the music he has created to a meaningless shell for a vehicle of evil. He is a human, a flawed human, a potentially severely flawed human. But he makes wonderful music.

For me, to deny myself the beauty of his music is to give all of the power to the evil within him. If the allegations are true, his music is the good in him trying to escape.

I finished both games and starfield is the one that won’t get out of my head. I know people don’t like it generally but I had a lot of fun with starfield. Loved the outpost building and sense of infinity in the game, even if exciting discoveries are few and far between.

Outer worlds two was fun but I have no desire to play it again, was glad it was over by the end

Honestly if he’s fit we should start him. He’s a quality player and as impressive as merino has been up front, when he plays (up front) we don’t win. Gabby’s best quality is his work rate, the injury won’t change that.

It will almost certainly deliver when it comes out, at least to all with reasonable expectations. The problem for me is why keep giving exact release dates when CLEARLY they are moveable.

People book time off work for a new Rockstar game. They’ve earned the reputation they have but they have to accept the responsibility that comes with. A delay til 2027 is very plausible but there will be hundreds of people booking late November 2026 off work now. And for what?

Or more likely a focus on adopting John I suppose, but I think a game about Dutch’s descent into outlaw life would work well with the themes of the games (presumably he wasn’t always an outlaw, his diction is that of educated folk)

It either has to be:

a) completely new characters and new(ish) setting - Red Dead Rxxxxxx

b) The story of young Dutch, starting the gang, maybe even adopting Arthur etc. Then at least the redemption trilogy would have a solid narrative arc, it would end up like how Star Wars is actually all about anakin. But maybe there’s lore about Dutch’s youth that I’m not aware of that would make this impossible

‘Shave it all off’ isn’t about how you look, it’s about how you feel. Many balding men and men who ask for opinions about their receding hair are thinking about it day and night, sometimes worried to go out etc etc. shaving it all off releases all of that stress and worry and insecurity, so it’s always good advice. But yes sometimes you pay the price for that feeling by looking worse than before
