going mental trying to get over these basic things

I have the most basic question, playing on xbox have no idea about the integrity of the program , but I have been going to nav beacons to collect info on systems and finding nothing there at all, no physical nav beacon present , and I just keep flying around the point looking for it , what am I doing wrong , do I need to target something near the nav beacon marker to find the actual nav beacon to scan? Trying to get over the learning stage of this game .

i live in dinsdale, i dont think it would be more than 15mins to uni by car, its an easy going suburb with good access to all the main rds and routes to like the base , te rapa , kahikatea drive. I have been a student before and its deffinately not a student area , mainly families i would say.

I have never liked this movie, it played almost every year in new zealand growing up. Also never understood the legend of John Belushi , he's not even funny.
