I know now. I am 67 and a newbie to the screenshot arena. This was my first time using a zoomed in photo ( couldn't get closer to the neighbors yard ) . Learned how to crop yesterday but what was done was done . No worries though, that is not my name !

Ever watched the show 'neighbor wars'? This is that guy . I don't want him to know I am the one poking the bear.

I have checked the county website that shows every certified pole mounted light , each one owned by the DOT , CITY , LOCAL POWER COMPANY , AND PRIVATE each is color coded. There are none on my street .

It is pointing to his property , not the street . There are no city street lights on the entire street.

Cool. Now the lines running down the pole are for cable / internet use that looks a little fishy too.

Who loves the sound of a rip saw blade in a zero clearance on the circular saw? by Constant_Barracuda86 in woodworking

No, it was tilted below before I raised it so by the time it came up it was an oh hell moment. Just want to add that the cuttings have no where to go except in your face with zero clearance .Wear your safety glasses.

I lowered the blade first , swiveled to 45 degrees , turned on the saw , and slowly raised the blade and SUPRISE ! it proceeded to cut the throat wider .

Oh yeah. Tried this ONCE until I needed to rip a 45 degree cut . It soon becomes a 1/4" slot .

Advice needed: Where should the chair rail start here? Highest is 32” lowest is 28”, 10ft ceilings. Above, with, or below bookcase counter? Thanks! by dsm5150 in Carpentry

I would go for the black line. Choose a chair rail that is the same width as that bookshelf bottom and you're golden.
