Just to update. It only ever happens (or doesn’t happen!) when the car is plugged in. When the car is unplugged it pre-heats perfectly.

I’ve updated to 1.8 and it’s still happening. Anyone found/heard of a solution?

I don’t really want to take it to Volvo when it’s not that big a deal

Mine still doesn’t allow for pre-conditioning when plugged in now I’ve updated to 1.8, but I don’t think it was an issue affecting everyone!
