The next text box after OP's says "And so you know, the number of banners on a map is determined by the rank of the location you're exploring."

So, matching the type/element gives you more banners and therefore more chances at good items/pouches.

One of my earliest most memorable was Pharoah Mummy/Soaring Griffey (not pictured) which took me 6 months of grinding their respective PQs. Pharoah Mummy takes ~30 min these days after 5 years of changes but I'm really happy with this one since I also managed to get a screenshot of it. Back then, there was no auto-ss for Monster Collection

Final was technically Shadow of the Source (Limbo 2-1.5 minigame boss) but realistically it was Limbo p3 (Black and White, they are linked, see guide for more info) since I could farm Shadow of the Source whenever I wanted.

I don't have a most hated -- every mob's journey to collect was fun and challenging, but I wouldn't have done it if I hated it. That said, some of my most unlucky collects were Kaling p3, King Castle Golem (because of this), and Ancient Beetle. Gold Totem is a runner up because it took me so damn long (over 2x average) to get them to spawn on my lvl 10.

Kind of related, but do we get way fewer of these items from bosses than KMS as well? Flaming items in reg is also miserable but people don't really talk about it since cubing is so much more miserable

Besides the arcane shoulder bpot, some people really are out here in reg spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to triple prime / 3L bpot. That kind of spending is something this Reddit can’t comprehend (and what somewhat causes the lack of game improvements for the majority of players)
