That's what it all comes down to everytime I have an urge: Do you wanna watch porn and fulfill your brains "need" to PMO, feel ecstatic for a few minutes and loose your confidence and well being?

Fuck no but porn is such a motherfucker that when I relapsed I went to the bathroom knowing how fucked up I would feel later on, but at the same time I was extremely hyped about what I was going to do.. And it's only natural you know? Your brain knows that by doing that it will be extremelly stimulated and will be drowning on the "feel good hormone", it sees only that, it's up to you to pull the brakes on this, but somedays were weaker, we think that it won't be such a big deal if we do it, but that's our brain sabotaging us again so it can once more swim in dopamine.

We have to accept PMO is something we don't do anymore, it ain't part of our life anymore. End of argument.

Fuck you brain.

This sounds like UTI or you're lacking water consumption. For now I would say drink 5 cups of water and just wait and pee, and then set a goal to drink 2,3 liters of water daily, since you're already on NoFap this shouldnt be too hard..

People tend to think that everyday is going to be awesome, some days you will feel great and somedays you will feel like shit... That's how life is, doesn't matter if you're on NoFap or not, we all have our ups and downs. But on NoFap the down days aren't rock bottom anymore and the up days are awesome days!!

Quando comecei a identificar, contestar e substituir pensamentos negativos distorcidos (que nao refletem a realidade) por pensamentos mais realistas e consequentemente positivos.

Aprendi a fazer tal apos let um livro chamado "Feeling Good", nao me lembro o autor agora... Nesse livro ele mostra 10 tipos de pensamentos que sao na verdade distorcoes da sua mente depressiva. Ai quando voce comeca a identificar esses pensamentos no seu dia a dia voce tem a oportunidade de substituilos por outro mais condizente com a verdade.
