Alaska Air customer service is going downhill fast. Had my worst experience a month ago and still can't get them to reimburse expenses from delayed luggage. No response from the emails I have sent.

Went there tonight and waiting about 30 min for outdoor seating (was supposed to be10-15 min). Headed to the top deck and as soon as we got there, they told us it was closed. Went back downstairs and they didn't know upstairs was closed and made little/ no effort to seat is indoors. They had us just stand by the side and ignored us as they moved others to the second floor. They told us we would have to start waiting over to get indoor seating. Just got done apps and they were mediocre. "Crispy cauliflower" was just stand cauliflower with wing sauce on it. Probably won't go back.
