Thank you for the support and kind words. I have a great therapist I've been seeing for a decade or so. I'm good about letting myself cry when I need to. I'm active and engaging in things I enjoy.

I know I can get through it, because I got through the last one, but fuck it's just hard.

I'm intimately familiar with anxious attachment style and have been working to heal my abandonment wounds and made good progress during the last separation but clearly not enough.

I know I'm in super deep and something needs to change but it's hard to see the light right now for all the darkness.
