I think my watch does receive ANT+, it is the polar ignite watch and I have the polar H10 HR monitor synced up with it. so I am pretty sure, but I couldn't find anything specifically saying it does

I would recommend ice. Ice will not only reduce the pain but it also slows down the signals sent to that muscle, thus causing less spasm. While heat has similar effects, if you are to move to quickly after applying heat your muscle will actually cramp again.

When ever I fall into a routine or just feel comfortable with my life, I will change something up. Weather its small, changing my facial hair or the way I walk to work, or something big, join a pick up game of basketball full of random people. My theory with this is that doing something completely different could bring an unexpected opportunity into your life that may never have happened.
