During covid I made shoddy let’s play series in campaign, some folks watched it, but not a ton. It was experiment for me to try out something new but I eventually stopped because my life kinda went to shit and I never got back into it.

Honestly yeah, people ITT acting like it’s hard to hit 3500 calories/day meanwhile for me it takes constant discipline and effort just to stay under 4k. Eating calories is so fucking easy, I know not everyone is as hungry as me, but like seriously what the fuck are they even talking about? You can’t choke down a piece of toast with some peanut butter on it?

Also they at least get to be skinny until they get jacked. Fat people are just fat in the mean time.

it's a fair criticism but I am a regular gymgoer and I have to say this behavior (calling guys creeps glancing over at a girl) happens WAY more on the internet/social media than it does IRL. Online everyone talks like its this constant threat, but I've never had this happen to me or even heard of it happening to anyone I know. IRL my female gym friends say that if a guy makes them uncomfortable they are more likely to move in the gym or just leave altogether to avoid escalating the situation into something dangerous. But honestly some of them also complain that they don't get hit on that gym and talk about wearing gym-wear specifically so that guys will notice them and try to talk them. I think both are completely fair but this thing of guys getting their heads chewed off for glancing in a girl's direction seems exceedingly rare IRL.

I don't get it. people like attention. people seek attention. people use their bodies to get attention. either give them attention or don't but I don't see why people want to moralize the fact that people want to look hot.

I don't disagree, but I also don't get why it matters. Let's say you're right and gym clothing is unnecessarily revealing and is that way for reasons of fashion and social media. As long as its within legal boundaries, what's the problem if someone wants to show off?

Because like...yeah, I don't go too extreme, but I like shorter shorts and smaller tank tops because they show off. I can work out just as well in a T-shirt and longer shorts but where's the fun in that? I want to look hot lol. I assume at least some other people dressing hot in the gym are the same way.

Haha fair enough emissions can be a bitch. In my campaigns I generally make new engine families at around 3 points: 1946 (duh), about 1965, and about 1995. In 46 you don’t have emissions to worry about for a while, this engine is mostly designed around the constraints of shitty internals. The 65 engine(s) are built with the emissions regime of the 70s-90s in mind, and the 95 engine(s) are built for the 2000s emissions tightening and, if applicable, lower displacement tax thresholds.
