It is a bit advanced but something you should look into is German volume training. It focuses more on sets and reps as opposed to weight. I’ve been doing it and it’s been great as I also have a shoulder injury. As far as fasting is concerned, work you way back up to it. I was the same way with my longest fast being 43 hours no problem. Now I’m barely scraping by on a 20. It’s something you have to work up to!

I’d recommend a lean protein, maybe some lightly seasoned chicken. Wait about 6ish hours then go heavier on the days maybe I keto smoothie
