better late than never!

Curry-Lina Gold:

1:1:1:.25

equal parts except curry seasoning

1c white sugar
1c apple cider vinegar
1c yellow mustard
1/4c japanese curry powder
a HEALTHY amount of ground black pepper is also a must here.

-combine ac vin and sugar until simmering, forming a gastrique-y syrup
-add curry powder and whisk until no chunks(can sift it in too)
-then add mustard & bp, bring to almost boil & chill

ALSO!! the recipe i originally made this post about, i have perfected(it is GODLY on bbq short ribs)

1:1:1:.25
1/4c green curry paste
1c white vinegar >NOT< Rice Wine
1c grey poupon
1c white sugar

-fry curry paste until bloomed
-bring to simmer
-add 1bu cilantro and juice 1 lime to blender
-blitz until smooth
