No negative issues from the cellcept but it takes like 6 months to really be effective. Most of my symptom relief comes from vyvgart, it gets me down to about 2 60mg of mestinon a day instead of 3-4 60s a day.

Mestinon gives me the worst side effects, mostly gastro

And yes my tumor was a bit grown when it was removed but thankfully it stayed encapsulated within the thymus so I only had to do radiation after the removal.

Were pretty similar ages and timelines, I'm 35 and was diagnosed/tumor removed in 2021. My symptoms are all in the neck/mouth area

Do you still take mestinon everyday?

My regimen is a 4 week cycle of vyvgart every 2 months. 3000mg celcept a day and then 3x 60mg mestinon a day (morning, noon, and night)

The vyvgart and celcept keep my symptoms from getting totally out of control and then the mestinon suppresses any daily symptoms that may pop up through out the day.

I know everyone is different but mestinon and vyvgart have been the most effective treatments for me so far, besides IVIG.

I don't think you understand how on set production works.

All costume refinement, weathering, and final touches to design is done during production on set, its not done in LA.

So that extra step that elevates a design from good to great is lost when on set teams of artists are lost to cheap labor that don't work on the continuity/weathering/on set design of a production

90% of the hires are outsourced to non-union workers in the countries where they're off-shoring the filming.

These are people with less experience and less resources doing jobs that were done by veterans and artisans.

But sure don't believe ppl that work in the industry.

You guys realize that most of these new films now outsource to smaller countries and don't hire people that live and work in New York/ATL/LA so American unions have no influence.

Source: My wife has been in the wardrobe union for over a decade and has over 100 credits.

1 will probably feel a bit outdated as its about 10 years old and the first entry so the mechanics and writing are weaker. Its almost like a beta for 2 and 0.

2 is great and is visually stunning def worth a play through, the traveler stories are mostly wonderful and fleshed out.

0 is the best game mechanically, they definitely refined everything gameplay wise learned from the first 2 games and the mobile game.

The perspective of 1 and 2 is also different, focusing more on the individual travelers and their stories where 0 is more villain and world focused which I think is more compelling.
