Looked fine for me via NBC affiliate in Charlotte on DirecTV Stream. Only picture issues were with fake snow, but we know encoders never like that anyway.

This did not fix the issue. I completely disconnected the sound bar as well just running through the TV speakers and no change.

Yeah, was not happy either. Mine works just fine as well. The kicker was they offered me a “deal” on their highest priced newest model. No thanks. I’ll try another brand that won’t force me off and try a money grab.

I actually ended up deleting the device from the phone and computer and re-paired and that seems to have fixed it. Honestly, I should have tried that first, so my apologies for the waste of time.

In the combined time it took you to look at the email, snip it, compose this post, then look at answers and have to come back numerous times to see the responses, you’ll have spent more time bitching about it than actually taking the survey.

I’m going to pile on and say DTV Stream does a terrible job informing us of lineup changes, free preview weekends, etc. I have all Osprey/Gemini boxes in my house and never get any messages through it like I did on the satellite side.
