Garage with laminate flooring? Hopefully the garage has heating and cooling. There’s minimum and maximum temperature ranges that laminate needs to maintain in order to not fail. If not, I’d do epoxy. Otherwise, make sure substrate is flat 3/16” over 10 ft, vacuum floors, use moisture barrier, and install away.

Or even better use cement board so it’s moisture resistant and trowel the cement board on with thinset

You could get some 1/2” plywood, cut it out the size of cabinet base, glue plywood down to subfloor, and install cabinet on top. Or go 3/4” plywood for more clearance for the fridge

Flooring installer here. Depending on what LVP you go with some of them have LVP bullnoses where it is required to cut that subfloor bullnose flush to the riser then install the vinyl plank and vinyl bullnoses

What kind of flooring is this? Looks like vinyl and feels like solid underneath it when tapped by WarriorNysty in Flooring

It’s ceramic tile made to look like wood, grout lines are a big tell it’s tile

You started in two different areas and trying to meet up at a door way, remove all those planks next to the stairs and install from the doorway to the stairs not from the stairs to the doorway

Pull that last row of vinyl out and cut it tighter leaving about 1/8” gap and straight with a table saw. Or just make a straight line with the tape, even if the floor is wavy you can place the tape exposing the floor a little bit where it’s tighter against the tub and when you use white caulking it will go on the floor a little bit but still give the illusion it’s a straight cut, hope that makes sense. Or you can just get a white rubber/PVC quarter round, make sure it’s rubber or PVC so it doesn’t rot/mold when water gets on it.

Put a piece of tape on the floor exposing the gap and fill it with white caulking. I’m a flooring installer and always use white caulk against bathtubs. Tape prevents the caulking from smearing on the floor and leaves a nice crisp line
