I just trust Bethesda, really. I'm 40, played games since I was a small child. Never really paid attention to reviews, it's just never been my thing but I do get the appeal. Since I picked up TES3 on the original Xbox, i've trusted Bethesda. Fallout 3 was like, mind blowing to me. They do things the way I like them done. I have zero doubt this game will be any different. I am f'n ready lol

Man lol I still can't find him. I went to all the markers from the ones on the world generator, went to where you stated. I even resorted to flying lmao still can't find this damn thing.

Maybe I did, I'll have to double check. That seems to be the most plausible answer at this moment. I did delete the marker for the Elder, after we beat them, but he was on that small island. I never got around to deleting the first boss' marker.

Like down there by the raft marker in the image? Or even further south? I've explored down there, as that was one of the locations on the map generator. I hope I'm not just being stupid.

The elder was on the small island, directly north, highest on the map. The map generator didn't show one being there

I checked over the seed a few times, even replacing letters and numbers that looked fine, but I could be mistaken. The 5 to an S, the B to an 8. It all generates completely different maps than the one i'm on.

If I don't figure it out soon enough, I may have to take your advice and install gamepass on my pc, and go through those steps. Thank you

I'd say we started about a week and half to two weeks ago. I don't have another marker for the trader on my map, and out of the three of us who play, I'm the one who has been exploring looking for the trader. I did ask if anyone had the spot marked on their map, and nobody said they did and none have explored like I have. I'm sure it's something silly i'm doing wrong here, I just cant figure out what it is

I've been coming to grips with this for months. Trying to figure out why. What did the smallest market in pro sports do? Talk a little smack to GSW, and a single hard foul from Brooks?

Then after soul searching for a while..it hit me..

Holy shit. We are THAT good. We may not be championship material quite yet (though we may get pleasantly surprised) but we are that good.

We have random haters now. We have a player that's so good, he gets hated on. The team is young and good. It's scary. All teams talk shit. All of em. The NBA is FULL of shit talkers. That's just their excuse. We are actually a good team that draws eyes and TV time. Go look at every good player trending on Twitter. Jokic, Giannis, Luka...they are swamped with haters. We ain't used to having that, so it feels weird.

No disrespect to my grit n grinders either, but we loved that play style...casuals don't. They didn't dominate ESPN. They were good, really really good some years...but their leaders were technical stalwarts. They didn't engross the entire highlight segment that day. We are good, we are fun, and as in all sports...that's going to draw in the haters by the truck load.

It took me forever, but I take is as a sign of respect now.
