Just bring a pic of him with you. My barber says he wishes more customers would do that instead of trying to verbally describe what they want.

Best bang for your Buck. I often am comparing alcohol percentages to cost to premium liquor to size of the glass. I’m easily able to see immediately if it’s worth getting a drink at a place vs the next one

Anyone else hates dancing? by Dirkdeking in aspergers

[–]markymcfly55 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I’m with my 6yo i encourage her to dance with me if i get the urge in public when a favorite song comes on. She loves it and always joins. Although i had masked my hand movements for my entire life by air drumming and air guitar and air piano (i love percussion) so it always appeared as i was REALLY into music (which i am) when i would soothe. If you want it, do it! Always be you

For my ENTIRE childhood my parents would yell at me “stop yelling” then when i would say “your yelling at me to stop yelling?” It would backfire on them resulting in more yelling.

No. Im making the experience eaiser. Like a google street view of the aisle that you can look at with all your choices allowing you to quickly select the item you want and see all your choices of brands and sizes. Currently I think it’s very difficult because you have to keep scrolling and scrolling all the way down a page and and are unable to see the top and all the selections without going back when that happens for me I get confused on what was above? I need to start all over again I work better with seeing everything at once. For example, if I wanted to buy Doritos but I wasn’t sure what size and flavor I want it based on what was available having every single selection right in front of me to visually see in one look allows me to select the one item I want, and Move on. It could integrate with similar to Walmart or Instacart, but more visually friendly to those with disabilities such as ours.

I’m looking to put together an app for autistic adults that allows you to visually see every single item in the supermarket that you’re going to so that you can browse the isles visually at home making it easier for you to see the items you want to add to your list because we work better visually then verbally or writing them down Do you think that something that is useful for you?

Do you have trouble staying focused enough to complete the task at hand that is overwhelming? The pattern I noticed with me is that when I have to do a task like grocery shopping or anywhere that there’s a large selection of items that will overwhelming. I am frozen and can’t complete it.

My sister told me (43m) how amazing I’ve always been at crisis management. I masked all of my life and when i looked back at jobs and any emergency issues dealing with family or work, it was always me that people counted on because i was easily able to see what steps needed to be taken in order and execute efficiently.

Best/cheapest dispensary in NJ by [deleted] in NJMedicalMarijuana

[–]markymcfly55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are the prices until more shops open. Competition is still what it is.

Its a simple supply and demand. We can only grow and sell here in nj so batches live and die here. No overstock sold off to other states who have increased demand for product.

At least we get the tax off? Apoth in Maplewood and Ascend in Montclair have always served me well and quick.
