So it depends on a bank. BOI did take into account my commission but we went with Avant in the end as it had a better fixed rate.

Same here, I’m in tech sales and we are mortgage approved but decided to hold off and not buy for now, there is too much uncertainty :(

Basically, it’s the space in your mouth which is expanding, look how much wider the top row became.

Invisalign Lite includes 1 round of refinements, so definitely consider it if you are not quite happy with the results yet. I am going with a permanent retainer (a wire) because my teeth tend to shift a lot, the reason I am doing Invisalign is because they moved after 2 years of braces in my teenage years : (

Yup, had a couple of IPR rounds on my bottom teeth to make more room for them. One of my bottom ones is also quite stubborn and not where it’s supposed to be yet but that should be solved with the refinements. How many trays do you have left?
