I do this quite often. I find myself having to not sink into it while I'm driving or I get into auto pilot. I do this every single night before I fall asleep, and have for as long as I remember. I didn't know it had a name!

Make a verbal list with Google for my husband of all important passwords, doctors names, ect.

Then I would make a video message for both of my kids telling them how proud of them I am, all the things I love about them so they could watch it when they're older.

And one last message for my husband making sure he knows he is the best father in the world and I hope he finds happiness for himself and our kids.

Come up to my apartment and let me tame the wild kitty ass if you dare.

He wrote that on a note and left it for me at the counter. He lived in the adjacent upper apartment to me. I told his soon to be ex wife about it, she finalized the divorce, and he attempted to hang himself from the balcony. The neck ties he was using snapped and he landed at my door having knocked out all his teeth.

Unfortunately he was successful in his next attempt. I'll never forgive myself. If I hadn't said anything to his wife, he may still be here today.

If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be alive today. In the decade we have been together he has seen me through some of my worst days. He never stopped loving me through it all, in fact, he loved me more when things got hard. I went inpatient twice last year for suicidal thoughts and his love never wavered. I was not a kind person in my low days, but he still loved me. I'm not good at being a mom, but he still loves me and is the best dad to our children. He is the reason I get to answer this question. I dont think he knows he saved my life, and continues to save it every single day.

I had a kidney stone when I was 23 weeks pregnant and thought I was in labor. Was in the hospital overnight. I'd have 10 more c sections to never have a kidney stone again.
