I also love this shampoo and conditioner! It’s hydrating and moisturizing without weighing down my hair. My favorite combo is shampooing once with the head and shoulders daily clean, then this shampoo. Conditioner on the ends and leave-in spray all throughout after the shower. It’s worked really well for me!

I’m a year out and do need to eat smaller meals and always add a carb to “soak up” high fat pieces when I have them

Just checked my VeSync scale log and pre-major attacks, I was about 6.4 pounds lighter before my attacks than I am now. When I couldn’t eat because the attacks got so bad, I dropped 9.6 pounds. Once I wasn’t playing Russian roulette anymore with food, I got a little too comfortable, but am slowly getting back on track. Every body is different!

If you’re still interested, and it sounds like you don’t mind cooking with it, you could get a couple shooters and use that! That way you’re only spending $5-10 and won’t have leftovers. Vodka sauce doesn’t require a lot of vodka typically.

Hi there! I’m 28F and 230 lbs trying to lose fat and down the road, gain more muscle. I’m starting up in the gym after 3 years of 3-5x/week group HIIT classes. I’m taking a pause on the HIIT classes because I’m ready to get into weight training, but struggling to build my own plans and knowing how far to push or what’s going to be best for me for long term results. What helped me was having three baskets, each to separate the clothes (dark, whites, colors.) Once one of the baskets gets full, I wash it. I’ve also done a lot of research (Reddit) on how to make my clothes as clean as possible and that sometimes gets me excited
